FAQ
- What is coaching, exactly?
Coaching is a structured conversation that helps you think clearly, see problems differently, and take more confident action. It’s not therapy, advice, or mentoring; it's a collaborative process that helps you tap into your own insights.

- How do I know if coaching is right for me?
If you're navigating change, taking on more responsibility, or questioning how you want to lead, coaching can help. It’s especially valuable when you feel stuck, stretched, or unsure how to grow next.
- What kind of people do you work with?
I work with people who are navigating leadership, whether they're stepping into it for the first time or facing fresh complexity at a senior level. Many of my clients are in tech, but not all. I’ve helped professionals in fields as varied as law, HR, the arts, and beyond. What they share is a desire to lead more effectively, without losing who they are along the way.

- Is coaching confidential?
Yes. What we discuss stays between us.
- I don't work in tech, can I still be coached by you?
Yes! I focus on leaders in tech since that's my background, but I've also helped people who work in diverse sectors such as law, HR, economics, and musical theatre. If you have a leadership or work challenge you'd like to bring, just book a call and we can talk it through.
