About me
I'm a leadership coach with a background in deep-tech innovation, consultancy, and scaling teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Before moving into coaching, I spent many years leading software and engineering teams, both in the start-up world and at a globally renowned innovation consultancy. I experienced first-hand how demanding and rewarding leadership can be.
My coaching practice is shaped by experience, evidence, and a belief that leadership isn’t about becoming someone else, it’s about becoming more effective as yourself.
My own leadership journey didn’t start as a newly-promoted leader of a tech team. As a keen sailor and a musician, my first leadership roles were earned on sailing boats and in rehearsal rooms. My experience mentoring new sailing skippers and conducting musicians has shaped the way I think about timing, trust, communication, and staying calm when it matters most.
